Book a class to express yourself through art. We can focus on the therapeutic process for stress relief, self-discovery or FUN! We will emerge ourselves in creative activities* to get in touch with our conscious, subconscious and unconscious. Otherwise known as: Process Art, Mindful Making, Expressive Art Making.

One session is 2 hours. We can decide on a schedule, if interested in continuing. Some students choose once/twice a week, others once a month. Materials are NOT INCLUDED.
